WashingtonFirst Youth Foundation (WFYF)
is a local not-for-profit
organization dedicated to enriching the physical, social, mental, and
emotional well-being of children in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.
WFYF strongly believes that
all children are entitled to
reach his or her maximum potential regardless of the challenges he or she
may face in their day-to-day lives.
WFYF is dedicated to providing support by
awarding grants and scholarships to: further the efforts of organizations
dedicated to the betterment of children;
fund research for the treatment and/or cure of illnesses that afflicts
children; and provide tuition assistance to those in need.
